About me

Hi, I’m Tatiana. I build products from the frontline in. For over a decade I’ve worked where people meet the product: retail, support lines, and now Shopify, where I’m an Enterprise Technical Support Expert for some of the largest brands on the platform. That’s where I learned product: in the moment a person explains what they’re trying to do, long before it shows up on a roadmap.

Somewhere along the way the work changed shape. I stopped only solving the problem in front of me and started spotting the pattern behind it, researching it, prototyping the fix, naming it, and bringing it to the teams who could ship it. AI is the medium I work in, not a tool I borrow. I build the agents I research with, prototype with, and run this store with.

What I believe is simple. Every problem has a person behind it. Numbers describe, they don’t decide. Small and real beats big and imagined. I’m ready to do this work from the product seat. Follow what makes you curious. Build what you find. Share what you learn.
